1. The fixed electric lifting platform may experience motor burnout after water ingress. In this case, the power switch should be immediately turned off and the accumulated water in the pit should be cleaned up.
2. Try to keep the elevator in a high front and low back position as much as possible, which is beneficial for draining the water entering the exhaust pipe and avoiding damage to the converter and muffler.
3. The oil condition of each system of the elevator should be checked, and if there is foaming or turbidity in the oil, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
4. After the inspection is completed, the manufacturer of the electric lifting platform reminds you to pay attention to using a compressed air machine to blow dry all the electrical connection components inside the head compartment to prevent moisture from accumulating in the electrical connection parts and causing erosion.
5. If water has already entered the motor of the elevator, then the motor should be removed and disassembled so that the water can evaporate quickly. This is a very fast way in summer.
6. During the process of wading in water, it is easy for lubricating oil to deteriorate in the components of the chassis, especially in steering, transmission and other systems. The chassis should be disassembled and inspected.
